We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead dual-track growth across B2C user acquisition and B2B enterprise sales. Leading Duckurity's growth efforts and amplify our mission of making hands-on cybersecurity training accessible and addictive. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to attract aspiring ethical hackers, educators, and enterprises; drive user acquisition through targeted campaigns; and build brand awareness in the competitive cybersecurity edu-tech space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably in edu-tech, SaaS, or tech startups, with a focus on B2C user acquisition
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns, with portfolio links to case studies or analytics dashboards highly encouraged
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools and channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, Canva)
  • Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in business development or related fields like public relations, account management, sales, or marketing (student activities are counted)

  • 2–3 years of experience in data analytics + data science in a product environment

  • You can go from raw logs to a beautiful dashboard in a day and from idea to deployed model in a week
  • Strong experimentation and statistical rigor (hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, causal inference)

DevOps Engineer Intern

  • Hands-on with Docker + Kubernetes (even local k3s/minikube counts)
