We are seeking a talented and passionate Cybersecurity Content Engineer to join our team and drive the creation of high-quality, engaging educational content. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain interactive labs, Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges, and vulnerable machines that simulate real-world cybersecurity scenarios and create learner-facing write-ups.

You'll join our Data team and work directly with the Chief Data Scientist and founders. Your analysis will ship straight into product decisions, personalized learning paths, and recruiter alerts for our users. Design and maintain the entire data platform, build and productionize behavioral models, and run experiments that directly change product behavior.

You'll work side-by-side with our infrastructure and platform teams (and directly with the founders) to make sure the entire pond stays fast, resilient, and impossible to drown. Your changes go to production in days, not months. Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automate everything, manage Kubernetes clusters that run user labs, AI services, and the web platform.
