User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes

  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Duckurity and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Service Level Agreement

For enterprise clients with active service agreements:

  • 24/7 incident response with <15 minute initial response time
  • 99.9% uptime guarantee for monitoring services
  • Quarterly security assessments and reports
  • Dedicated security operations team

Specific SLA terms are detailed in individual service contracts.

Confidentiality

Duckurity maintains strict confidentiality protocols. All client data, vulnerability findings, and security assessments are treated as confidential information and are not disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duckurity shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access by third parties
  • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or behavior that poses a security risk. Users may terminate their accounts by contacting support@duckurity.com.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through prominent notices on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
